01 Provide drawings
If customer needs custom mold bases, please provide 3D drawings, and we will make the mold base according to the drawings. If customer needs standard mold bases, please provide 2D drawings or tell us the specifications. Also please include the required materials, tolerance, delivery destination and so on.
02 Product production
We will give you quotation and delivery time according to your provided information. After confirming, we start production. About the mold base components or accessories, we provide standard parts, including guide pins, guide bushes, guide ejection pins, guide ejection bushes, return pins and so on, which are according to the drawings.
03 product testing
After production, we will do QC to ensure the mold base quality, including CMM test, opening and closing tests, hardness tests, and material tests.
04 packaging
After testing and the quality product is ready, we first apply rust proof oil to the mold base, wrap it in plastic film, vacuum package it, and finally put it into a wooden box. Of course, if you need customized package or special requirements, we can also make it. Then we will ship our goods to your required destination. Besides, we provide Certificate of origin for free.
